L’azienda agricola roggi giacomina, situata nel comune di arezzo, nella piccola frazione di rigutino, nasce nel 1998 da un piccolo oliveto di 100 piante e da un grande amore per tale coltivazione. Negli anni l’azienda acquista nuovi oliveti e, ad oggi, si estende per otto ettari, dislocati nelle colline della valdichiana fra i 300 e gli 800 mt sul livello del mare, con le sue 2500 piante di varietà tipiche toscane: frantoio, leccino, moraiolo e pendolino. Le olive vengono rigorosamente raccolte a mano e entro le 24 ore molite a freddo con tecniche d’avanguardia. L’olio ottenuto viene imbottigliato nello stabilimento dell’azienda agricola che segue con rigorosa attenzione tutto il processo produttivo, garantendone l’ottima qualità.
“Roggi Giacomina” farm, located in the small hamlet of Rigutino in the municipality of Arezzo, was created in 1998 starting from a small olive grove of 100 trees and a lot of passion for this type of cultivation. Over the years the farm has acquired other olive groves and today its lands extend for 8 hectares located on the Valdichiana hills, between 300 and 800 meters above sea level , and include 2500 trees of typical Tuscan varieties such as “frantoio”, “leccino”, “moraiolo” and “pendolino”. The olives are exclusively hand-picked and cold-milled within 24 hours of harvesting through the use of cutting-edge techniques; The oil thus obtained is bottled within the farm premises, where the entire production process is strictly monitored to ensure its excellent quality.
